Where can I get pink elephant cigarettes?

You can't purchase pink elephant cigarettes in the United States, but you can buy Nat Sherman Fantasias. The pack comes with 20 cigarettes, 4 red, 4 pink, 4 yellow, 4 green, 4 blue and all of them have a gold filter. Super cute and fashionable. I buy them at local smoke shops in California for $7 a pack. Also, if you want vanilla then I would suggest buying vanilla prime times. They can be purchased individual or as a pack. Also available at your local liquor store or smoke shop. Enjoy!
