Why are cigarettes cheaper/legal to buy online?
How is it legal to but cigs online if they can't know if ur 18 or 19 or whatever the legal age is In ur state/country. Also, why are they so much cheaper? Like $22 for a carton of Marlboro which are usually upwards of $55 for a carton where I live? Thanks.

you are buying from a duty free store that is not in the states; cigs are shpped in from
foreign country that is not subject to states laws/taxes, etc. they are not governed by
our laws/importers. the product may not be the same as you are used to as well since
they are made outside the US using US namebrands; may have a diff recipe in that region
vs here. you can see in the price diff that its the taxes that run them on up. No cigs may
be shipped in the US to anyone of any type or any where any longer; the feds put a stop to
that by closing down distr. houses that did that; they also put in place a 50,000 fine for
anyone in the US doing that; the IRS took care of all that after the senate passed the laws.
