How do I plug a led neon light stick into a cigarette lighter?
My neon led light for inside of a car came with just a black and white striped wire coming out of it. How can i plug this into my car outlet?

First off, I can't tell you what the polarity of the wires coming off your light are, but there should be a booklet that tells you this.
The easiest way is to get yourself a cigarette lighter plug adapter at AutoZone, or Advance, or in a pinch, at a Pilot truck stop. The adapter should have the (+) and (-) or, positive and negative polarity marked on it. Match this with the positive and negative wires for the light stick.
While you are shopping for the adapter, make sure you get one that has an indicator LED on it. This will tell you that your lighter socket has power just by plugging it in and seeing the green or red (or even blue) LED light up on it.
