How to sell tobacco online legally in UK?
I want to open an online shop selling tobacco products, not just cigarettes.
Since the purchaser has to be over 18 how can you actually prove their age and sell the product without breaching any laws etc.

Tesco do it quite simply. To buy from their online site you have to register - and you have to be 18 in order to register. They take enough details tobe able to check - and you also have to have a Clubcard and a credit/debit card, which will give a further check on age.
