Cigarette Boat Price

What is the cost of living in Bangkok?
I have been offered a job in Bangkok, but I'd like to find out more about costs before accepting.

Could any one tell me the cost of renting a two bedroom appartment near a MTR station, and the cost of utilities for a month?

Thank you
