Cigarette Smoke Chemicals
Why does cigarette smoke give me such horrible long lasting headaches?
Whenever I smell cigarette smoke or something like car fumes from cars in front of me I get major headaches almost instantly. I also think my sense of smell is way higher than other people's. Medically is there a reason why my headaches happen so quickly?

This is most likely caused by allergies and a sensitivity to toxins.
If you had any idea as to the chemicals and free radicals released from tobacco smoke and gasoline fuel you would begin to understand that your body is sending you a very strong message.
Listen to it.
It is telling you to avoid these fumes when ever possible.
These substances such as tobacco and gasoline have been proved poisonous and carcinogenic.
The good news is that you are most likely reacting because your body is relatively toxin free.
What you are telling revealing is that you take quite good care of yourself.
Congratulations. You are way ahead of the game.
