How can there be electronic cigarette (E-Cig) suppliers in Canada when it's still not legal to sell them here?
I've noticed that there are some websites where you can order electronic cigarettes (e-cigs) and their accessories where they ship to Canada and they supposidly Canadian companies.
How can this be? Are these scams?
