Are electronic cigarettes SAFE to use with mild High Blood Pressure?
I've stopped using regular cigarettes entirely, and use the electronic ones with High nicotine content.
I tend to run a high systolic (the top number of blood pressure reading) pressure sometimes and doctor put me on ALTACE at bedtime. . .so are the e-cigs SAFE??? They have been endorsed on shows like "The Doctors." and judged to be "relatively safe." compared with traditional tobacco products.

It would seem logical that eliminating the tar associated with cigarettes would be a good thing, so it would seem that is where the "better than compared to tobacco cigarettes" comparisons come from, but if you are using electronic cigarettes with nicotine, as you stated, then there is still that to consider.

Most electronic cigarettes can be used without any nicotine, if you want to try and work down to eliminating even the nicotine, but read the second article about nicotine withdrawals, which also sounds bad - Quote 2nd article: High blood pressure by itself, or accompanied by nervous jitters and a fast heart rate, can be a sign of nicotine withdrawal.
I do not know how a nicotine patch relates to an electronic cigarette, and did not find any comparisons, but it's something to consider.
