How much do cigarettes & pipe tobacco cost on the Costa brava?
Hello we are going to malgrat Del mar on the Costa brava in mid June .Have you any idea what cigarettes & pipe tobacco cost there.

The prices are the same throughout mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, providing you buy from an Official Tobacco Store, which are Government supervised.

You need to be aware that the guidelines were changed in October, 2011, and have reduced the amounts that might involve a person being questioned by Customs Officials, to satisfy them that are for personal use. The recommended figures are now 800 cigarettes (was 3200) and 1kg tobacco (was 3kg).
