Are You Allowed To Sell Tax-Free Cigarettes From Indian Reservations?
With the recent NY state tax on the cigarettes, lots more people are traveling up to the Indian reservations to purchase tax-free cigarettes.
I was wondering if you are allowed to buy them in the bulk, take them out of the reservations into the state, and sell them to people on your own?
Are you breaking any laws by doing this?
