Does anybody know of a tobacco shop on or near to South Beach, FL that sells RYO cigarette supplies? I use a cigarette stuffing machine that requires cigarette tubes. Here's the bottom line: no cigarettes are completely safe. The most popular 'alternative' cigarettes are:

2. Clove cigarettes - They contain nicotine, and usually taste very sweet from the clove in them. These produce really, really heavy smoke.
As you can see from my name, I smoke electronic cigarettes because I needed a method to get off nicotine and you can buy nicotine free cartridges. Though I've found this to be the safest option, inhaling any type of smoke is probably not ideal. Hope this helps!

Its not because the cigs themselves are illegal, but because there is some law about the "U.S. surgeon generals warning" being required on all imported cigarette boxes. This is according to the letter I got from Customs telling me about my seizure/forfiture. I called customs and they said there is NO Way i can get the smokes released and they can either be sent back or they will be destroyed. Either way, all of the online clove websites have a NO REFUND for customs seizure policy. I have read that customs on the west coast is much more relaxed than here in Hawaii and you might have a better chance if you live in the U.S. mainland. Either way its a gamble because packages are randomly selected for screening by customs.
