Kool. I smoked for 40 yrs. I have not had a cigarette for 10 months. Yippee! When I was small, my dad smoked Camels non filters. However, it took him a month to smoke 1 pack of cigarettes. He's what I called a very light smoker. Eventually, he just stopped and went to a pipe.. When I was in nursing school, I found out that Camels were the absolute worse. I'm just guessing on the others. Some say that a Menthol is worse. I don't know. I smoked Menthols and tried a lot of brands before I decided on menthol. To me.ALL cigarettes give the a great chance of getting cancer of various kinds as well as strokes, heart attacks. There is no good cigarette and they all are bad for you. God bless.
