Is there an electronic cigarette without nicotine?
I've seen people have E-Cigarettes and I've been smoking earlier and I find it perfect to socialize and I personally think it looks kind of cool and you can smoke wherever you want.
Now my question is if there are any nicotine free E-Cigarette liquids? If there is please send me a link!

Yes, absolutely.
Most vendors who cell personal vaporizers (PV - also known as an electronic cigarette) sell both prefilled cartridges AND e-liquid with all levels of nicotine - including NO nicotine!
Although not FDA approved for this purpose, many people are using PVs to help them stop smoking. They start with a nicotine level appropriate to the amount they were smoking, then gradually "step down" with their nicotine level until they reach zero nicotine.
There are multiple vendors and I do not know which, if any, ship to your area. But I'll recommend the vendor I've used most. They are a company with a reputation for very good customer service.
